Since its inception in 2009, one of Leadtech’s key objectives has been for its employees to feel like they are part of a project that is more than simply a day’s work. To this end, all of our corporate actions have been directed at improving the wellbeing of all those affected in any way by our initiatives.

This program is a voluntary decision to collaborate in effecting social, working, and environmental improvements for all the stakeholders associated with our company. It is a commitment that goes beyond what is legally required to contribute to actions with true significance, credibility, and transparency.

Leadtech strives to provide an entertaining and fulfilling workplace, which also means defining some 'rules of the game'. For this reason, Leadtech has a good practice guide in which our ethical values, operating principles, and the keys to the internal organization of the company are established.

The purpose of this manual is to guarantee the correct performance of the company and to establish some general regulations to guide how all the members of Leadtech are expected to behave.

To publicize this information, a mandatory training module for current workers and new hires has been included in the onboarding process.

  • The Human Resources team publishes vacancies on the company's website and sends a monthly update of the listed vacancies to employees.
  • An employee who is interested in one of the vacancies should send an email to the HR team expressing this interest.
  • The Talent Acquisition team contacts the worker to advise them regarding the application process and if they would be a good fit for the vacancy.
  • Depending on what was discussed at that meeting, the process may advance until the outcome of the employee’s application is decided.

During 2020, Leadtech carried out 23 internal promotions and 18 lateral moves. Our next initiative will be a monthly email that will be sent to all employees with available vacancies so that they can be informed more quickly.
