what do we do?

The Finance team at Leadtech does much more than bookkeeping. We provide essential information to the Management team, which contributes to the decision-making process and the creation of business strategies.

At base level we are responsible for the day-to-day transactions including records. We manage the company’s cash flow and ensure we meet our payments.

Our team prepares budgets and forecasts and reports the progress of the business throughout the year.
